Yesterday afternoon I went up to my kids’ elementary school for an assembly.

Oh, so sad. I just got the news that the Cutty Sark caught fire.
The Cutty Sark is a clipper ship, built in 1869 and currently dry-docked at Greenwich, London.

1. I am a lousy, and I mean lousy, housekeeper. And frankly, m’dear, I don’t give a damn. But I do keep my car clean.

Well, it’s been about three months since the last post. About time for a new one, eh, lest my cyber-presence fade away completely (and thanks, Melissa, for the push).
